Return & Refund Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unworn and unused
- In its original condition
- With all original tags attached
- In its original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase or your order confirmation.
How to Start a Return

Do not send your item back without contacting us first.
Once your return request has been approved, we will provide you with detailed return instructions, including the appropriate return address if applicable.
Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival.

Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Gift cards
- Personalized or custom-made products
- Perishable goods
- Personal care products
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases
If you are unsure whether your item qualifies for a return, please contact us before requesting a return.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different size or product, please request a return for your original order and place a new order after your return has been approved.
Customers in the European Union
If your order is delivered to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, without providing a reason.
Returned items must meet the eligibility requirements described above.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process the refund.
